Per Brahegymnasiet (PB) is a school that is innovative and forward-thinking, yet also rests on a historical foundation and cherishes its traditions.

We care for one another and work to create a workplace where we all thrive and develop. The school has about 1400 students and 140 employees and is beautifully located in the heart of Jönköping. The higher education preparatory programs we offer are EK, ES, IB, NA, and SA. The school is organized into four principal areas with shared support functions.

Your new job

With us, you will have a varied and interesting job where you support the school's leaders with services related to personnel administration. The work includes, among other things, the registration of employments, the preparation of certificates of employment and employer certificates, as well as the management of personnel records. As an HR administrator, you will also work with payroll reporting in the municipality's personnel system. Other administrative tasks may occur.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a post-secondary education in HR, or education/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. If you have experience in administrative work within public operations, that is a significant plus. You have good IT skills and have previously worked in various IT systems that support HR work. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are self-driven, proactive, flexible, and solution-focused in your way of working. As a person, you take responsibility for your tasks and have a structured approach to work. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and are driven to deliver based on the needs of the organization.
